If you’re looking into BPD for someone you care about and use Reddit for any part of your research, you’re fucking stupid. For example, r/BPDlovedones is a subreddit focused on the experiences of people who are victims of harmful relationships where the abuser suffers with BPD, they are not educational resources for understanding the disorder itself. People with BPD, like anyone else, can be abusive but the disorder does not automatically make someone abusive or a bad person.

Credit to peeholelicker's thread. I really like how she uses Discord to log different channels for logging triggers, DBT skills, and goals to achieve. I wouldn’t suggest Discord for this, since the platform is unreliable for a lot of users, but instead maybe an offline document that you have constant access to, or constantly export your serverlog so you have the recorded information even if you lose your account.
